Job summary

Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company, is seeking a Product Manager to own Cohere’s managed offering and shape its market strategy. This high-leverage role focuses on launching a self-serve North for mid-market customers, removing deployment barriers and driving rapid adoption.

You will partner with engineering, GTM, and research to turn vision into scalable features, define success metrics, and establish a new revenue stream while ensuring data residency and compliance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience treating infrastructure as a product and translating capabilities into customer features.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking new products to market.
• Experience with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure.
• Analytical by default: define metrics before building and use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap and strategy for managed North.
• Partner with GTM teams to test assumptions and iterate based on feedback.
• Engage with customers and developers to understand integration challenges.
• Define success metrics for platform health and developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, documentation, and developer relations to ship improvements.
