Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience for large, customer-facing technology programs.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence at the highest level.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping to deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive stakeholders and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Translate business objectives into program requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Maintain integrated program plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers to keep workstreams aligned with program goals.
• Establish program governance with steering meetings, reviews, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to both executives and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges and changes in scope impacting the program.
• Align product/engineering roadmaps with customer commitments and capacity.
• Manage customer expectations while upholding professionalism and relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per contract.
