Qualifications
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture or related roles with 5+ years leading customer-facing teams.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering on enterprise opportunities.
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, cloud platforms, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Americas commercial Solutions Architecture team across the US & Canada.
- Partner with Sales to develop technical sales strategies that accelerate enterprise adoption.
- Develop repeatable solution practices and executive-ready proposals.
- Own strategic customer engagements and guide deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape platform direction and roadmap.
