Job summary

Vertiv, a global provider of power, cooling and IT infrastructure, seeks a Technical Program Manager to support the Senior Engineering Manager in solving complex engineering issues across COEs and Training.

The TPM will coordinate technical issues, lead ERS/HVM platform support, serve as primary contact for high‑priority issues, travel as needed, and contribute to safety, compliance, and training communications.

Qualifications

10 years of Vertiv product knowledge is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and customers.
Technical leadership and development capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain ERS/HVM applications and provide platform support for platforms such as Power DB, OLDP, Doble Protection, RTS, etc.
Serve as the primary contact for high priority technical issues for internal and external customers.
Act as ERS representative for industry standard boards, meetings and conferences.
Travel as necessary; role primarily back‑office.
Assist with process and compliance across projects.
Generate periodic E-Tips to communicate technical and safety issues.
Work with EHS team as a technical advisor on safety issues.
Assist Training Team with technical training development.
