Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the Senior Engineering Manager with all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training. The TPM will manage, coordinate, and lead technical issues on behalf of the Engineering COE group.

The role involves maintaining ERS/HVM applications, providing platform support for platforms like Power DB, OLDP, Doble Protection, RTS, and serving as the primary contact for high-priority issues for customers.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Vertiv product experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical issues for Engineering COEs and Training.
• Maintain ERS/HVM applications and provide platform support for Power DB, OLDP, Doble Protection, RTS, etc.
• Serve as primary contact for high priority technical issues for internal and external customers.
• Represent ERS at industry standard boards, meetings, conferences, etc.
• Travel as necessary to resolve technical issues; role is mainly back-office.
• Assist with process and compliance across projects.
• Generate periodic “E-Tips” to communicate technical and safety issues to the business.
• Work with EHS team as a technical advisor on safety issues.
• Assist the Training Team with technical training development.
