Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Technical Program Manager to support the Senior Engineering Manager with all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training. The TPM will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Execution and manage, coordinate, and lead all technical issues on behalf of the Engineering COE group.

The role involves leading ERS/HVM applications, serving as the primary contact for critical issues, representing ERS externally, and traveling as needed to resolve technical matters while

10 years of Vertiv product knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Technical leadership and development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training.
Serve as primary contact for high-priority technical issues for internal and external customers.
Represent ERS on industry standard boards, meetings, conferences, etc.
Travel as necessary; primarily a back-office role.
Assist with process and compliance across projects.
Generate periodic “E-Tips” communicating technical and safety issues.
Work with the EHS team as a technical advisor on safety issues.
Assist the Training Team with technical training development.
