Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident management process, from real-time response to scalable RCA actions.
• Participate in on-call rotation supporting critical incident response.
• Liaison with regional counterparts and program owners to ensure global collaboration.
• Liaison between campus members, Tech Incident Response Team, network security, and crisis management groups to ensure clear communication.
