Figma is seeking deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform that powers Make and the agent. You’ll shape the distributed systems behind the platform, working on MCP servers, eval pipelines, and context personalization for customer design systems.

These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure, ideal for those excited by developer tooling, systems thinking, and building foundations that others ship on. Remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, from concept through launch.
• Launched measurable quality improvements with tracked metrics.
• Ability to read code and discuss AI system design with engineers.
• Led cross-functional delivery of major initiatives to executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to map workflows.
• Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI coding products.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and code: own how designs become production-ready code and round-trip back to the canvas.
• Raise the bar on the MCP server: improve quality and performance for developers.
• Define evals and infrastructure to measure design–code translation quality.
• Grow with our customers: expand adoption by understanding enterprise workflows at scale.
