Job summary

Figma is seeking deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform powering Make and the agent, including distributed developer systems and the eval and context platforms. These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure, focused on developer tooling, systems thinking, and building foundations for other teams to ship on top of.

These are full-time roles that can be held from US hubs or remotely in the United States, offering opportunity to work with enterprise customers

Qualifications

5+ years in product management from concept through launch.
Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product with tracked metrics.
Ability to read and reason about code and discuss AI system design (agents, LLMs, MCP).
Led a cross-functional team through delivery of major initiatives end-to-end and presented outcomes to executives.
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand workflows and translate into shipped products.
Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products.

Responsibilities

Bridge design and code: Own how designs become production-ready code and how code changes flow back to the Figma canvas.
Raise the bar on our MCP server: Drive quality and performance for developers relying on the platform.
Build for continuous quality: Define evals and infrastructure to measure translation between design and code.
Grow with our customers: Expand adoption by understanding enterprise workflows and producing trusted outputs at scale.
