Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead large, multi‑discipline projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate requirements, risks, schedules, and communications with engineers and executives, shaping safety and quality initiatives across Google’s products.

You will partner with Trust & Safety to apply AI‑driven evaluation, automation, and metrics to reduce abuse and protect users, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with SQL and metrics management with data sets.
• Experience working with engineering teams on continuous improvement of automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Trust & Safety has the metrics and tools in place to proactively measure and detect quality‑related issues throughout its expansive, AI‑driven enforcement and labeling ecosystem.
• Own and maintain the quality measurement and reporting strategy for a high‑complexity portfolio of product areas.
• Design and architect Human‑over‑the‑Loop (HOTL) workflows and AI evaluation rubrics to ensure the consistent application of nuanced policies.
• Engage in the transition from manual QA to AI‑driven predictive insights, anomaly detection, and systemic logic verification.
• Leverage AI co‑pilots and tools to automate processes, write scripts, and prototype new safety and quality frameworks.
