• Drive the cross-functional program to scale and standardize our frameworks across operational domains.
• Deconstruct complex, high-risk technical problems into clear, executable phases and drive incremental value.
• Act as the primary technical program advocate across the organization and secure dependencies with engineering partners.
• Mentor junior program managers and promote lightweight, agile practices to enable fast iteration.
