Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across Drive and related products. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.

As a TPgM, you will oversee engineering programs, collaborate with product leadership, and drive governance frameworks to accelerate delivery at scale with GenAI initiatives impacting billions of users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
7 years of leadership roles with/without direct reports.
Experience designing organizational processes, business planning cycles, or governance frameworks for engineering organizations.
Experience in building AI features or AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
Drive the successful delivery of Drive's GenAI roadmap and translate AI goals into concrete delivery plans.
Orchestrate complex, interdependent programs across federated teams and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Design and implement robust product and platform engineering operating processes and governance.
