Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or a related technical delivery role.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and modern software development practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to quickly absorb new technical domains and structure them into an actionable plan.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted delivery tools and an interest in applying them to program execution.

Responsibilities

• Structure and drive delivery of complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively resolve blockers before they impact delivery.
• Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge to guide technical planning and execution.
• Partner with engineers and technical leaders to resolve issues and make sound trade-off decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate program analysis, risk-tracking, and stakeholder communication.
