Job summary

Intuit Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager to drive AI-native planning for the Tech Ecosystem and align planning across senior technology leaders.

You will partner with Business Operations and Finance to design execution mechanisms, develop C-suite level artifacts, and lead the adoption of the company’s planning framework at a large, multi-function Tech organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous strategy into clear program plans and measurable outcomes.
• Track record leading complex cross-functional programs and driving adoption at scale.
• Ability to influence VP+ executives and peers without authority; facilitate leadership discussions.
• Experience transforming manual data collection and analysis with AI to speed insights.
• High judgment and systems thinking; connect outcomes to drivers to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native planning mechanisms at scale.
• Design operating mechanisms that drive alignment across senior Technology leaders on strategy, goals and resource plans.
• Partner with Business Operations and Finance to align Tech annual planning mechanisms with CEO staff and FP&A expectations.
• Leverage Intuit planning and execution frameworks and tools to integrate annual planning into existing frameworks where applicable.
• Develop C-suite level artifacts to summarize the Tech strategy and plan in partnership with Tech narratives team.
• Drive execution and adoption of planning processes.
• Design guidance, templates, best practices and workflows that scale across 8k+ FTE Tech Ecosystem.
• Establish requirements, design experiments, develop prototypes and partner with tooling team to automate planning processes.
• Drive change management and adoption with planning drivers from each Tech organization.
• Provide insights into progress of deliverables and adoption of guidance, best practices and tools.
