Qualifications

• Strong Technical Program Management experience, including 3-5 years leading technology-focused programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and the software development lifecycle, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical leaders.
• Proven ability to leverage program and project management best practices to drive program plans, dependency management, and risks mitigation in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• BS in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Agile/CSM Experience Or Training Preferred.
• PMP preferred.
