Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related delivery roles, ideally in legal/compliance.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to structure delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate non-technical stakeholders into actionable technical scope.
• Excellent requirements-gathering and clarifying questions to define problems clearly.
• Comfortable discussing architecture and trade-offs with engineers without coding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical translator between Legal, Compliance, Policy and engineering to convert requirements into technical plans.
• Partner with LCPO stakeholders to gather requirements and surface true needs beyond stated asks.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for prioritized Legal Tech initiatives from planning to launch.
• Champion end-user experience and assess designs from the practitioner's perspective.
• Structure program delivery and manage risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams.
• Drive operating rhythm with plans, milestones and status reporting; escalate blockers with paths to green.
• Build credibility with technical SMEs and communicate constraints in plain language.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management including training and adoption tracking for new tools.
• Contribute to scaling program management practices across the portfolio.
