Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for AI Applications & Tools to shape a bold AI-native portfolio. You will own the product strategy, drive an outcome-based roadmap, and partner with design, engineering, data, and security teams to deliver trusted AI experiences at scale.

You will lead initiatives that accelerate adoption, measure impact, and translate strategic vision into measurable results for CTO Staff and broader tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in technical product management leading internal applications, enterprise tools, platforms, or shared services.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying generative AI, agents, automation, and human-in-the-loop patterns to solve complex business problems while ensuring trust and accuracy.
• Proven success in defining bold product visions and translating them into roadmaps, milestones, and outcome-based measures.
• Strong executive management skills with the ability to align leaders, navigate priorities, and build confidence in product strategy.
• Deep understanding of software development, architecture, or data to partner effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Exceptional storytelling and evangelization skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-native product strategy and roadmap for the AI Applications & Tools portfolio.
• Develop deep insight into customer workflows and pain points to inform product design.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver simple, trusted AI experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, analytics, and PM disciplines.
• Balance speed and responsible AI, security, privacy, accessibility, trust, and scalability.
• Define product metrics that connect user behavior to business value and guide priorities.
