BetterUp in New York is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to own high-impact programs from inception to rollout. You will coordinate with product, design, engineering, and data teams to drive multi-project delivery and strategic initiatives.

This hybrid role requires strong communication and stakeholder management across US hubs. You will guide architectural discussions, manage dependencies, and leverage AI tools to accelerate outcomes while maintaining rigor in regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or partner integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, platform architecture, data integrations, and system workflows.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs at scale; experienced with product/engineering teams.
• Comfortable operating in regulated or high-stakes environments; strong leadership.
