Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee a highly technical XR/AR program for a large enterprise portfolio in San Jose, CA. You will manage intake, prioritize requests, coordinate engineering resources, and drive delivery across multiple service towers.

This role requires 5–8+ years of program management experience, strong client-facing communication, and proven capacity planning and KPI/SLA governance across vendor environments.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of technical program or project management experience within engineering or software delivery.
• Direct client-facing experience within a vendor, consulting, or services environment.
• Experience managing test, embedded, or platform engineering delivery teams.
• Strong experience with intake/queue management and request prioritization.
• Experience with resource and capacity planning, including personnel and technical resources.
• Strong understanding of KPI/SLA tracking, status reporting, and delivery management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting customer-facing governance.
• Ability to effectively manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations.

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee a highly technical program supporting a large enterprise portfolio within the XR/AR space. This individual will manage program intake, prioritize and classify requests, coordinate engineering resources and capacity, and oversee overall delivery across multiple service towers. The Technical Program Manager will own delivery cadence, status reporting, KPI/SLA tracking, capacity planning, and customer‑facing governance. They will work directly with stakeholders to align on priorities and scope while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations through resolution.

Must Haves

• 5–8+ years of technical program or project management experience within engineering or software delivery.

• Experience managing test, embedded, or platform engineering delivery teams.
