What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of project or program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex technical initiatives.
• Strong experience coordinating programs across engineering, product management, and data or analytics teams.
• Technical aptitude to understand system integrations, data flows, service dependencies, and how connected capabilities work together.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, drive decisions, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Experience with program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Practical experience using AI tools or automation to improve productivity and program delivery.
• Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

Work Arrangement

This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement in San Diego, CA, or Mountain View, CA. San Diego is strongly preferred.
