Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a senior program manager to lead cross-functional engineering development across L10 and rack-level solutions, owning schedules and milestones from design to mass production. You will coordinate global teams, drive risk mitigation, and ensure on-time delivery of critical customer milestones.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience in server/data center or IT industries, with strong communication, negotiation, and ownership mindset.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions.
• Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
• Develop end-to-end project plans with risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management.
• Drive teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level solutions from NPI through mass production.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer meetings to communicate status and drive resolution.
