Job summary

System One seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead a high-impact, AWS-focused technology initiative in financial services. You will own planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of complex milestones while maintaining budgets and stakeholder transparency.

You will collaborate with engineering, consultants, and senior leadership to manage expectations, address risks, and drive quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT and direct project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to plan and track complex projects using Microsoft Project.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Solid understanding of project and program lifecycle costs and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills with negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable working through complex technical issues with engineering teams.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Able to confidently present to and work alongside senior leadership.
• Background working in AWS or other major cloud environments is a plus.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
