Role Overview

Ericsson is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Technical Program Manager of Carrier Certifications. Responsibilities include managing product development and certification processes, liaising with electronics and hardware/firmware issues, and coordinating certification submissions, vendor relationships, and lab management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage worldwide cellular certifications for Ericsson's hardware.
2. Develop carrier technical relationships for optimal certification outcomes.
3. Coordinate with carrier operators and labs globally, ensuring test accuracy and timely results.
4. Support device testing, track issues, and communicate with lab partners.
5. Maintain schedules, milestones, and status reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in R&D, product, or project management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and cross-functional issues.
• Technical knowledge of routers, networking, and cellular modems preferred.
