Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to join the team, working directly with Pact Fuels, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure, focusing on driving technical programs for new technologies to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-value programs across the Pact portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Customer Interface: Collaborate with the commercial team to align project objectives with customer expectations, manage expectations across teams, and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and monitor program success metrics, manage budgets, prioritize projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, including resource gaps and technical challenges, integrating these into project plans.
  5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with R&D, engineering, external partners, and business development teams to drive success.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Develop plans for technology evolution, including line extensions and new investments.
  7. Management Reporting: Ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements, providing regular updates to leadership.
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
  • Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
