We are seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for building customer and merchant products. As our products grow in complexity, our program management practices must scale accordingly. You will help our Product and Engineering teams develop frameworks for quality software development and evaluate new technologies for potential features and products.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs to expand our consumer product suite and platform capabilities.
2. Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.
3. Understand technical implementations at the architecture level, propose technical alternatives, clarify priorities, and develop domain and technical knowledge.
4. Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, and align cross-functional teams.
5. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to management, and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
