Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Project Engineering Manager to own engineering across power plant projects, leading teams in electrical, mechanical, plant layout, and other disciplines. You will drive design, cost estimation, and procurement alignment while coordinating with customers and consultants in a global setting.

The role requires strong leadership, international collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 20% to sites worldwide to ensure engineering concepts meet project scope and cost

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering fields related to Power Generation and EPC Project Business.
• 5 years of experience in overall technical project management.
• Experience managing interfaces with bid management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse engineering team across disciplines to deliver complex power plant projects.
• Oversee design phases, scope reviews, and alignment of procurement strategies and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants and internal teams to ensure technical compliance.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule and cost through regular reviews and escalation.
