Ashcroft, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to serve as the primary interface with customers, providing product information, specifications, and recommendations.

You will route pricing requests and leads to the sales team while expanding product knowledge and customer relationships. Responsibilities include delivering timely, professional communication, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing management with metric reports.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related technical field required.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or technical sales a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with CRM systems and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with customers for technical product information and recommendations.
• Pass along sales opportunities to sales department as pricing requests and leads.
• Build strong product knowledge to provide applicable technical information and benefits.
• Distribute inquiries to appropriate sales personnel and learn company platforms.
