Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to bridge Customer Success, Product, and Support. You will act as a technical SME on complex product areas and integrations, working directly with customers through live engagements and helping expand technical delivery capabilities.

You will lead discovery, provide best-practice configuration guidance, and collaborate with Product to identify pain points and opportunities for new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Serve as a post-sales technical SME on complex product integrations, including enterprise IAM, workplace integrations, and custom APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including discovery sessions and hands-on configuration of technical workflows.
• Collaborate with Product to surface emerging technical pain points and inform new capabilities.
• Enable Technical Support by upstream design work and documentation for configurations.
• Translate technical depth into scalable documentation, playbooks, tooling, or enablement content.
