Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Product Specialist) in Missouri to drive technical ownership of product lines.

You will be the front-line technical resource for Regional Sales Managers, reps, and clients, ensuring quotes are technically sound and priced accurately. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and COS to keep documentation aligned, manage product configurations, and resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product support, technical sales, or related role.
• Experience with quoting processes; CRM/ERP familiarity (SugarSell preferred).
• Able to work independently on defined product decisions and elevate when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotes based on client specs and project requirements.
• Own quote accuracy for spec, scope, and pricing; CRM entry and quote issuance.
• Own technical risk and feasibility review with sign-off before pricing.
• Maintain product matrices, spec sheets, and sizing guidelines; act as go-to expert.
