Job summary

Air Distribution Limited in Grandview, MO is seeking an Account Manager (Product Specialist) to own the technical and operational aspects of assigned product lines. You will interact with Regional Sales Managers, reps, and clients, ensuring quotes are technically sound and properly priced.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and COS to maintain documentation and roadmaps, and mentor teams with use cases and demo assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product support or related product/commercial role.
• Working knowledge of quoting processes; comfort with CRM and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotes based on client specs, scope, and project data.
• Own quote accuracy for spec, scope, and project requirements, including CRM/quoting tool entry and quote issuance.
• Own technical risk and feasibility review, with sign-off on technical accuracy before pricing is finalized.
• Own historical pricing and product performance analysis, provided to Regional Sales Managers on request.
