Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in manufacturing/technical field.
• High level of technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• High sense of urgency in fast-paced team environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers, applications, and market opportunities via leads, digital platforms, and research.
• Conduct technical sales visits to find tech-up-cost-down solutions.
• Generate sales and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the go-to expert for product features, benefits, positioning, and use cases.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, understand needs, tailor solutions.
• Maintain technical understanding of product lines for quick communication.
• Coordinate and conduct sales campaigns.
• Train local sales teams.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Keep databases current with accurate information.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical documentation; collaborate with marketing/sales to optimize leads.
• Develop sales materials, presentations, and value-based messaging.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals to increase win rates.
• Stay updated on technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
