Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand needs and provide technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and present product information, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
• Develop knowledge of products, features, applications, specifications, and benefits.
• Provide technical guidance including product selection, troubleshooting and customization options.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Conduct remote visits and present igus products virtually as needed.
• Ask qualifying questions to identify opportunities.
