Job summary

The Tech Recruiters are seeking a Technical Project Manager in New York City to help coordinate delivery across engineering, product and business operations. This hybrid role requires driving sprint planning, maintaining momentum on technical initiatives and ensuring clear ownership and accountability.

You will interact with the CTO, founders and technical teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and establish effective working processes for fast-moving capital markets infrastructure

• Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate biweekly sprint demonstrations to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Maintain organised project tracking and documentation, using Linear or comparable tools to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish effective working processes across engineering, product and wider business functions, including marketing, sales and legal.
• Improve communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring teams understand priorities, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery progress, risks and issues requiring attention.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements that increase execution speed and consistency.

Fintech / Onchain Securities / Financial Market Infrastructure

Location: New York City

Type: Full-time

Working model: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office

Compensation: Up to $200,000 base + potential incentives

We are building the infrastructure that brings real corporate equity onchain, combining traditional securities law, regulated financial infrastructure, and blockchain technology to make equity programmable, transferable, and capable of moving through modern capital markets.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can help ensure the business operates with the structure, clarity and execution discipline needed to deliver on this mission.

This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on tracking deadlines. You'll work closely with the CTO, founders, and technical teams to coordinate delivery, establish effective working processes, and ensure priorities translate into tangible results.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product development, financial infrastructure and business operations.

What you’ll do

Technical Project Management & Delivery

Leadership & Accountability

• Work closely with the CTO and leadership team to translate business priorities into executable plans.
• Establish credibility with technical teams and maintain high standards of ownership and follow‑through.
• Take responsibility for resolving blockers, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects progress.
• Help build the systems and routines required to keep a growing technology business organised and effective.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who understands how technical teams operate and knows how to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects.

You may come from technical project management, engineering operations or technical programme management. You may have worked within an exchange, financial‑market infrastructure business or technology‑driven financial institution.

What matters most is your ability to organise technical work, establish effective processes and ensure teams execute reliably.

You should have:

• Significant experience in technical project management, technical programme management, engineering operations or a related discipline.
• A strong understanding of software development workflows, sprint planning and agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• A track record of establishing or improving project management processes, issue tracking and delivery systems.
• Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve blockers and hold teams accountable.
• A proactive, highly accountable approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Experience in exchanges, financial markets or businesses operating close to securities infrastructure would be particularly relevant.

This is not a hands‑on software development role.
