The Role: Project Manager (Fintech & Trading Technology)

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing high-impact technology projects, ensuring smooth delivery of trading solutions, platform enhancements, and client-driven integrations. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep commercial and technical understanding of fintech, trading systems, and institutional workflows.

You will work closely with engineering, product management, and business teams to drive projects forward, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee technology and product development projects related to trading infrastructure, liquidity management, and API integrations.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and client success teams to drive project milestones.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Track project deliverables using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on course and align with strategic objectives.
• Provide insights into process improvement, workflow optimization, and best practices for efficient project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally in fintech, banking, trading technology, or payments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project methodologies.
• Deep understanding of electronic trading, institutional finance, or market infrastructure.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen—able to communicate effectively with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in working with banks, brokers, or financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Base salary of $130,000 USD, with potential for performance-based incentives.
