Job summary

Fairmint is seeking a Technical Project Manager to align engineering, product and business operations. You’ll structure sprints, coordinate delivery and translate priorities into actionable plans at the intersection of technology and finance.

You will partner with the CTO and leadership, drive accountability, and push for efficient processes across teams. This role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in the New York City office and a base salary up to $200,000.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical project or programme management.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, sprint planning and agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Proven track record improving project management processes, issue tracking and delivery systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve blockers and hold teams accountable.
• A proactive, highly accountable approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Keep execution moving as we build the next generation of capital markets.

We are building the infrastructure that brings real corporate equity onchain, combining traditionalsecurities law, regulated financial infrastructure and blockchain technology to make equity programmable,transferable and capable of moving through modern capital markets.

This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on tracking deadlines. You’ll workclosely with the CTO, founders and technical teams to coordinate delivery, establish effective workingprocesses and make sure priorities turn into tangible results, at the intersection of engineering,product, financial infrastructure and business operations.

Technical project management and delivery

• Structure and coordinate engineering sprints, keeping priorities, deliverables and timelines clear
• Manage progress, dependencies and blockers to maintain momentum across technical initiatives
• Work with engineering and product to translate priorities into actionable plans and make surecommitments are delivered
• Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate biweekly sprint demos for alignment and visibility
• Keep project tracking and documentation organised in Linear or comparable tools, with clear ownershipand accountability

Cross-functional operations

• Establish effective working processes across engineering, product, marketing, sales and legal
• Improve communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders on priorities, responsibilitiesand dependencies
• Give leadership clear visibility into delivery progress, risks and issues that need attention
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements that increase execution speed andconsistency

Leadership and accountability

• Work with the CTO and leadership team to turn business priorities into executable plans
• Build credibility with technical teams and hold a high bar for ownership and follow-through
• Own resolving blockers, coordinating stakeholders and keeping projects moving
• Help build the systems and routines that keep a growing technology business organised and effective

What we’re looking for

You may come from technical project management, engineering operations or technical programme management,possibly within an exchange, financial-market infrastructure business or technology-driven financialinstitution. What matters most is your ability to organise technical work, establish effective processesand make sure teams execute reliably.

• Significant experience in technical project or programme management, engineering operations or a relateddiscipline
• A strong understanding of software development workflows, sprint planning and agile delivery
• Experience coordinating engineering teams on projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• A track record of establishing or improving project management processes, issue tracking and deliverysystems
• Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
• The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve blockers and hold teams accountable
• A proactive, highly accountable approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast-movingenvironment
