Job summary

PwC seeks a seasoned software and product innovation leader to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade IT solutions. You will guide end-to-end engagements, align product roadmaps with client needs, and drive disciplined project planning across cross-functional teams using modern languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET.

You will mentor junior staff, manage engagement relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables while embracing new technologies to boost business impact.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Product Management for each missing year of college is required
• At least 12 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#.NET) and application frameworks.
• Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture to enable interoperability and business agility.
• Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to confirm alignment with industry standards and engagement goals.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capability in product strategy, engineering discipline, and project management.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance, user experience, and business impact.
