Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with substantial technical leadership.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering product management or related roles.
• Strong Agile, Scrum and Waterfall experience with relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product initiatives aligned with client strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, translating business objectives into roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional teams using modern languages and microservices.
• Oversee API integration and CI/CD adoption to improve velocity.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Plan projects with scope, estimates, and risk management.
