Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Technical Product Owner with strong experience in Python, PySpark, AWS, and deep domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer systems.

The TPO will drive data product development, define backlog priorities, and work with engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into technical user stories and product requirements
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build data pipelines on AWS
• Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7)
• Lead Agile ceremonies and support timely delivery of features
• Analyze feedback and improve product functionality

• AWS (Glue, Lambda, EMR, S3, Athena)
• Strong Healthcare Payer experience (EDI 837/834, claims, eligibility)
• Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management
