Client US WPB (Wealth and Private Banking) is undergoing a transformation to improve customer experience and automate manual processes. The program aims to enhance onboarding and internal workflows by:

• Mapping out roadmaps with MVPs
• Defining scope for customer journeys and features
• Setting release schedules based on user stories
• Leveraging agile ceremonies
• Collaborating with architects, engineering leads, and stakeholders
• Identifying automation opportunities

Top Skills

• 5+ years experience writing user stories, driving product implementation, and partnering with business to gather requirements
• Banking experience, ideally in Wealth Management
• Experience as a Product Owner owning products to enhance customer experience and automate processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications
