Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge business needs and software solutions in a fast-growing advisory environment. You will work closely with developers, project managers and clients to translate requirements into effective Sage Intacct-based solutions.

As a member of the engagement team, you will gather requirements, design solutions, train users, and support deployment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or CS.
• 5+ years' experience with Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or similar SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and support software solutions based on customer requirements with Sage Intacct.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and developers to gather requirements and define scope.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest features.
• Develop and communicate project plans ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements into software solutions.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success to ensure project success.
