Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate functional business requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

As a member of a fast-growing advisory firm, you will drive requirements across multiple engagements, develop project plans, train users, and collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing to deliver successful implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes.
• Programming/coding experience to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.).
• Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and modules.
• Define rollout plans for Sage Intacct integrations based on business processes.
• Develop and communicate project plans for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions following BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Provide clear, concise communications and leadership aligned to customer goals.
• Contribute to deployment knowledge repository and improve service delivery tools.
• Act as escalation point for project issues.
