Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Returns to own the strategy, development, and optimization of return experiences across ecommerce and retail channels. You will focus on back-end integrations with Narvar, Shopify, OMS, NetSuite, and 3PLs to enable seamless returns and accurate financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product management, ecommerce or reverse logistics.
• Experience with Narvar or similar returns platforms.
• Strong API and data-flow design skills.
• Familiarity with 3PL integrations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize internal workflows for return initiation, RMA creation, inventory disposition, and refund processing.
• Manage integrations between Narvar, Shopify, OMS, NetSuite, and 3PL partners to support automated returns.
• Ensure accurate, real-time flows of data for RMAs, refunds, inventory adjustments, and financial reconciliation.
• Partner with engineering and integration teams to modernize return workflows and reduce manual overhead.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and 3PLs to design scalable return processing, routing, and restocking workflows.
