Job summary

ReturnPro LLP is seeking a SaaS Product Manager to lead the roadmap for a reverse logistics platform used by major retailers. You will translate complex supply chain workflows into scalable software and drive automation across returns processing, refurbishment, and recovery paths.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and operations to ship meaningful product improvements and turn fragmented returns data into actionable recovery intelligence, helping to transform returns from a cost center
