Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Technical Product Manager to anchor platform strategy for our MVH product portfolio. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure API-driven infrastructure and drive adoption across product and engineering teams.

In this role you will own roadmaps, manage releases, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce technical debt while enabling rapid, compliant growth of customer-facing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiar with Jira, Asana or similar.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• The Five Principles of Mars demonstrated by you and your team.
• Platform Strategy & Roadmapping: create roadmaps and release plans.
• Synthesize stakeholder requirements to build reusable capabilities.
• Adoption & Change Management: drive platform adoption with quality docs and onboarding.
• Project Management & Execution: guide engineering teams in agile delivery.
• Technical & Risk Management: ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance; make build/buy/partner decisions.
• Performance & Metrics: define and monitor platform KPIs and usage.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to scale MVH platforms.
