Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Digital Ops group at the Vancouver support office. You will act as the bridge between business, product and engineering to design, scale, and drive MVH core platform capabilities, including APIs and cloud integrations, ensuring a secure, scalable, and reusable infrastructure.

The role requires a technical degree and 4+ years of PM experience with Jira/Asana familiarity and a strong SDLC background.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy and roadmaps for MVH core capabilities.
• Synthesize stakeholder requirements into reusable platform features.
• Drive adoption with documentation, APIs, and developer resources.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering teams and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Define KPIs and monitor platform health and value.
