Mars Veterinary Health, part of Mars Petcare, is hiring a Technical Product Manager for Digital Ops in Vancouver. You will translate business needs into platform capabilities, design scalable APIs, and partner with engineering and product teams to drive adoption and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 4+ years in a technical program or project management role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project management software (Jira/Asana).

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars within self and team.
• Platform Strategy & Road mapping: Establish roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management across the product portfolio.
• Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders to build reusable capabilities.
• Adoption & Change Management: Drive internal platform adoption with documentation, APIs, onboarding resources.
• Project Management & Execution: Guide engineering teams to plan and deliver in agile environments.
• Technical & Risk Management: Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory standards compliance.
• Performance & Metrics: Define and track platform KPIs and usage metrics.
