Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is hiring a Technical Product Manager, Digital Ops to design, scale, and drive the core platform capabilities that power MVH products. You will bridge business, product, and tech teams to create reusable, secure infrastructure and APIs.

You will lead platform roadmaps, enable adoption, and guide agile delivery while managing technical risk and regulatory alignment across the MVH portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Platform strategy and roadmapping.
• Establish product roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders to build reusable capabilities.
• Adoption and change management to drive internal adoption.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, clean APIs, onboarding resources, and excellent developer experience.
• Guide engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver work within agile methods.
• Identify and resolve blockers and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure platform compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Define, track, and communicate platform KPIs and usage metrics.
