Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Sr. Product Manager – Support Functions to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for global legal and corporate functions.

This role operates from MVH North America hub locations including Santa Monica, CA, Vancouver, WA, or Tampa, FL, and partners with Legal, Corporate Affairs, Real Estate, Sustainability, and DT delivery teams to drive a product-led transformation. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management or digital systems analysis, with a focus on ELM/CLM, compliance tech, or workflow-heavy operations.
Proven experience managing teams, with mentoring or leadership of TPMs or business systems analysts.
Strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and system architects.
Domain knowledge of legal processes and familiarity with modern SaaS in legal tech.

Responsibilities

Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
Establish multi-year technology vision and product roadmap for Legal, Corporate Affairs, and other global functions.
Lead build-vs-buy evaluations to identify when custom apps offer strategic advantage.
Champion agile operations, converting manual processes into digital workflows.
Manage and prioritize the agile product backlog with acceptance criteria.
Partner with TPMs and engineering teams to coordinate sprint execution and testing.
Drive UAT, validate data flows, integrations, and reporting.
Mentor two Technical Product Managers and oversee resource allocation.
Oversee technical product workflows and align architecture with roadmap.
Foster a collaborative culture with clear ownership and growth alignment.
