Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Finance Technical Product Manager to design and scale core platform capabilities powering MVH's product portfolio. You will bridge business, product, and technical teams to create reusable APIs, cloud integrations, and workflows, reducing debt and enabling scalable customer-facing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
• Foundational understanding of accounting and financial statements.
• Hands-on data reconciliation between Oracle ERP and Essbase/OneStream.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy, roadmaps, and release plans across RTR and ERP systems.
• Drive adoption with clear documentation, APIs, and developer experience.
• Configure COA mappings and reconciliation routines for Finance operations.
• Provide root-cause analysis during critical close windows with proactive monitoring.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to scope, plan, and deliver work in agile ways.
• Ensure platform security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
