Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape and scale the core platform capabilities across the MVH product portfolio. You will bridge business, product, and technical teams, translating complex dependencies into reusable, secure infrastructure including APIs and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities include roadmaps, adoption, data validation during close, and cross-team project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiarity with Jira/Asana and SDLC principles.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP, Essbase, and OneStream preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management for RTR across Oracle ERP, Essbase, and OneStream.
• Drive adoption, ensure high-quality docs, clean APIs, onboarding resources, and great developer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams using agile methods; resolve blockers and dependencies for on-time delivery.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory standards for the platform; decide build/buy/partner.
• Define and monitor platform KPIs and usage metrics to show business value.
• Provide troubleshooting during critical close windows with proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with financial reporting teams to meet the 30-minute close SLA.
• Oversee project execution and risk management across the platform.
